Screaming Goat Yoga!!!

Yoga is the best way to center yourself, listen to your body, and hear your own thoughts. But, what if you threw in some baby GOATS?? What else could you ask for? Mimosas, definitly Mimosas. 

Our certified Yoga instructor will guide you through all the poses in this hour long Yoga session. While you are focusing on your breathing, your posing and your inner self, our baby GOATS will be right by your side helping you destress. 

We will start with a 30 min Meet & Greet with your instructor and the baby GOATS. You will also be able to help yourself to a featured drink selection specifically for our Yoga participants, which is included with your ticket purchase. Once you have poured a refreshng beverage, met your instructor and met your GOAT participants, it will be time to roll out those Yoga mats and let the stress melt away. 

After your Yoga session, you are welcome to more of our featured drinks and photo ops with the baby GOATS. We encourage our Yoga particiapants to take as many pictures with the GOATS that your phone can store and please, share all over your social media, showing off what an awesome time you had at The Screaming Goat Yard & Tap Goat Yoga.
